In the different areas of use, numerous windows provide optimal light and the necessary climate of well-being. Functional and economical: Baier sliding shutters at the Jöhlingen Health Centre
In this model, the trapezoidal slats are not screwed tightly, but are simply inserted into a pre-cut frame and pressed so that the slats do not fall out of the frame. This “way of making” enables efficient and economical production – which makes the model particularly interesting in terms of acquisition costs.
Material and surface
To achieve a first-class coating result, the finished Krakau sliding shutters are coated only after assembly. The result is an easy-care, high-quality and homogeneous surface – scratch-resistant, abrasion-resistant and weatherproof.
Materials and their surfaces give architecture an unmistakable character. Almost anything is possible when it comes to the surface design of aluminium sliding shutters. With powder coating, almost any desired surface effect can be achieved through the different surfaces – smooth, structured, fine structure etc. and the colours of different colour systems.
Cleverly combined – chic colour combination enlivens the bright façade
All buildings are plastered white – numerous windows lend the modern buildings a high degree of transparency. Electric sliding shutters provide sufficient sun protection and “intimacy” at the touch of a button. Here in Jöhlingen, the decision was made for sliding shutters in a colour combination of maroon and grey. The grey support profiles were coated in DB703 and enhance the warm appearance of the maroon sliding shutters coated in RAL 8015. Since the shutters are “parked” in various positions depending on the requirements and needs of the users, there is always movement in the façade.
Moving façade at the touch of a button
The sliding shutters are selectively guided in a lower guide, gently raised and stopped by a motor. In principle, sliding shutters can be controlled individually or in groups and operated with 230V or optionally with solar power. By means of a switch or remote control, the shutters are conveniently set in motion and thus, depending on the position of the shutters, ensure an elegant and lively façade appearance.
