Theodor-Heuss-Straße Stuttgart

Here at the Theo, the Baier company has realised two building projects at once. In Theodor-Heuss-Straße, Baier installed a vertical sliding window as a street sales counter and exactly opposite, the entire window front of a restaurant was modernised and equipped with vertical sliding windows during the same period.

Theodor-Heuss-Gymnasium

The central idea behind the conversion and renovation of the Theodor Heuss Grammar School in Nördlingen was more openness - on the inside through a new atrium, on the outside through a new façade design. Individually lasered sliding shutters from Baier literally give the building a new face.

Textile sun protection for villa in Vienna

The extension of a villa required sun protection for a corner glazing. Baier developed a façade curtain that combines transparency with good sun protection. The beginning of an innovation story that provides the trend towards large sliding windows with the appropriate shading.

Also known as the White City, Israel's Tel Aviv is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Not least thanks to its architectural finesse, the residential building by Bar Orian Architects with the design-defining sliding shutter installations by Baier blends harmoniously into the heterogeneous surroundings.

Supermarket Untergruppenbach

The shopping experience includes not only the products, the assortment or the sales area, but also the architecture. In the municipality of Untergruppenbach in Baden-Württemberg, a supermarket of the Edeka group and a dm drugstore were realised under one roof, which already invites shoppers to shop with its imposing and generously glazed façade.

Private guest house Stuben

This private guesthouse was built on a hillside in the Austrian winter sports resort of Stuben. The eye-catcher is the structure clad in larch wood. The terrace front is equipped with a wooden folding sliding shutter by Baier that seamlessly blends into the façade when closed. A clever frost protection is integrated - the lower guide rail is kept ice-free in frosty temperatures with a heating tape.

Clear! For the new company headquarters of the modern locksmith's shop, metal was the choice for the façades and also for the interior fittings. Not necessarily clear: who could meet the high demands of the professionals? In Baier, they found a partner on the same wavelength and with the right product solutions.

Steigenberger Inselhotel

In the spacious outdoor area of the Steigenberger Inselhotel, a modern guest garden was created - a combination of self-service and service. Over a width of 5.20 m and a height of 3.50 m, the façade and thus the bar area can be opened.

Star Inn Munich

This hotel stands out - not least because of the sliding shutter systems that accentuate the façade of the hotel complex with their Douglas wood decor trapezoidal slats. 65 sliding shutters with a filling of wood decor slats were planned by the company Baier from Renchtal in Baden and equipped the WSDV building with them.

Town hall Renchen

Die Renchener Stadthalle bietet nach ihrer Sanierung moderne Räumlichkeiten für Sport und Kultur. Zwei maßgefertigte Hebefaltläden für die Schankausgabe, die mit aus Akustik-Paneelen verkleidet wurden, stammen aus der Fertigung von Baier.

City Archive Amberg

The electoral carriage house from 1615 is the ideal location for the archive of the city of Amberg. A new entrance building was constructed for the change of use. A window front facing the courtyard creates an inviting atmosphere. The veil of history is lifted behind filigree folding shear shutters.
