Folding sliding shutters were chosen to match the play of light and shadow and to shade the windows with a view of the city. The Baier GmbH company from Baden was able to meet the high demands for individuality, design, technical competence and many years of experience.

Cultural Monument Gasthaus zur Post

The listed Gasthof zur Post shines in new splendour after extensive renovation. In the attic flats, modern roof windows with external sun protection slats provide plenty of light, fresh air and heat protection - all in harmony with the preservation order.

The success of KUBEA-Lüben GmbH, service provider for automotive suppliers, depends on fast coordination channels and direct communication. On the other hand, confidentiality is the top priority. A contradiction? Not with a sliding window as an "information pass-through" in the interior wall.

Forensic Institute

Baier created the aluminium profile system for the more than 200 hangings at the BKA in Wiesbaden especially for this building project. Flexibility and individualism are always in at Baier. We work according to the customer's wishes.

Monastery Erlenbad

The fire protection in the convent was to be improved and the historical door to the scullery was to be replaced by an automatic door. The Baier company from nearby Renchtal was awarded the contract by the congregation and, in addition to an automatic sliding door, installed 10 hold-open systems and 2 ceiling detectors in the Erlenbad convent.

Clinic for Psychiatry and Psychotherapy

At the new Centre for Psychiatry in the Swabian town of Biberach, patients can now be cared for as outpatients and inpatients. The modern new hospital building was equipped with vertical sun protection slats from Baier. They emphasise the design language of the new building and provide privacy and sun protection.

Kiosk Schwarzwaldbad

Those who go to the Schwarzwaldbad Bühl want to enjoy their time out - and not stand in line in front of the kiosk. From now on, four new large sliding windows ensure that water rats, sun worshippers and long-distance swimmers can be served quickly.

The modern "sales points" around the building were equipped with Baier vertical sliding windows. They are ideally suited as "pass-throughs".

Children’s Centre Dresden

The Dresden Friedrichstadt Children's Centre is a facility that houses specialist practices, a paediatric centre, laboratories and more. The children's centre was equipped with sliding glass shutters from Baier GmbH. Colourful sun protection and eye-catcher at the same time adorn the building.

Day care centre Bergen-Enkheim

The property in Enkheim used to be used by the fire brigade, but today it is home to a daycare centre with six playgroups. 13 sliding shutters with vertical aluminium slats complement the modern façade and support the building's energy efficiency.

Peter and Paul Kindergarten

Sliding shutters create individual and distinctive building views and can be manufactured in different materials. For the St. Peter and Paul day care centre in Karlsruhe, the "arcade" was shaded with sun protection fabric in different warm yellow tones. The textile coverings are transparent, easy to clean and weather-resistant.

Fire station Kenzingen

The 23-metre high hose and training tower of the fire station in Kenzingen at the northern entrance to the town can be seen from afar. Air- and light-permeable sliding shutters from Baier with aluminium elliptical slats complement the industrial-looking façade.
