For the Aktiv-Plus multi-family house in hybrid construction with wooden façade, the Baier company supplied the sliding shutter frames for a contemporary and modern shading system. For the first time, BUGA visitors were presented with a "city exhibition" in the middle of the city, in addition to art, culture and the classic garden themes.

A multi-family house with an underground garage was built in Bühl in the immediate vicinity of the French border. The lightly plastered building is equipped with anthracite-coloured sliding shutters from Baier, which give the façade of the new building that certain something. They provide a contrast to the purist shell of the cubic residential building.
