Flower Market Görlitz

This flower shop convinces with art in front and also with art on the building. The creative façade pattern of the rounded façade is based on the sculpture that stands on the forecourt in Görlitz, Poland. Baier Ulm realised this project with Baier Poland and delivered the special construction of the sliding shutter system abroad, where it was also installed.

Wide landscapes and lots of sun - these are the ideal conditions for good wine and for invigorating games of golf. The Heitlinger Golf Resort in Kraichgau offers both. But what pleases the wine lover can disturb the golfer. Rigid sun protection from Baier lets both get their money's worth.

The name says it all: the two apartment buildings marketed under the name Ginnheimer Gärten offer each owner sufficient private free space - and in Frankfurt. Baier provided privacy with a perfectly coordinated combination of balcony partitioning and sliding shutters.

The demands on residential facilities for senior citizens have changed greatly in recent years. Most people would like to live in their own household and familiar surroundings for as long as they can. The Jöhlingen Health Centre offers centrally located, barrier-free flats in its Haus der Gesundheit (House of Health), Haus der Pflege (House of Care) and Haus des Wohnens (House of Living).

Wooden sliding shutters transform the look of the modern building. The storey-high window elements of the façade were shaded with sliding shutters from Baier with sustainability in mind.

The Geroldsauer Mühle impresses with its material presence, the high quality in detail and its versatility. Baier's product range fitted the concept perfectly. Baier equipped the entrance area with an automatic door with approval for the escape and rescue route.

The two new accommodation buildings resemble the existing barracks buildings - if it weren't for the sliding shutter systems by Baier in three fresh shades of green. They not only make the two new buildings special, but also provide individual comfort inside.

In the Lower Bavarian district of Landshut, the municipal kindergarten in Hohenthann has received an extension that now provides additional childcare facilities. Floor-to-ceiling window fronts provide plenty of light in the group rooms. The Baier shading system is of particular importance here.

The new bakehouse not only keeps the tradition of baking bread together alive, but also sees itself - as in grandmother's day - as a place of community. Unlike back then, today a folding lift shutter from Baier can be used as an interior partition for a wide variety of purposes.
