For this building, the Seelbach architects' office aimed for a self-contained façade design. In order to meet this requirement, Baier developed a cross-floor support profile.

It is not difficult to regulate how much of the outside is allowed to penetrate into the inside and vice versa in the residential house in Nordhorn: privacy and sun protection elements from Baier provide more or less views and insights at the touch of a button.

The Publicis Group office building with underground car park was built exactly according to the tenant's ideas. White-clad exterior walls and wide window fronts fit into the customised architectural concept. The result is modern office space with large glass fronts that provide a useful supply of daylight. With the Baier company, an experienced specialist in sliding shutters was commissioned to protect the building and its users from reflections and overheating.

The 23-metre high hose and training tower of the fire station in Kenzingen at the northern entrance to the town can be seen from afar. Air- and light-permeable sliding shutters from Baier with aluminium elliptical slats complement the industrial-looking façade.

In the new development of the former goods station in the south of Frankfurt, density had to be combined with privacy, quality with economy. The solution - sliding shutters from Baier as privacy screens and for façade design. Baier succeeded in harmonising the architects' special design idea with the physical challenges of an ETICS façade.

The challenge for Baier GmbH in this project was that the sliding shutters were to be integrated into the glass façade. Baier "hid" the fittings and drives behind the glass elements.
