Swing door

What is a swing door?

Swing doors are self-closing and are used in heavily frequented buildings such as railway stations, offices, theatres, etc. But the practical swing doors have also been discovered for the hotel, gastronomy and food industries. Therefore, the swing door has no stop and can be opened in both directions, for example, from the guest room into the kitchen or from the butcher’s shop into the salesroom. Combined with special frames and swing door hinges, the door panel can be opened in the desired direction by simply bumping or pushing it open. The swing door closes automatically and is held in the closed position by a unique hinge.
