Laminated safety glass – VSG

In the case of laminated safety glass, a tough, resilient special film is glued between two large panes of glass. In the event of damage, there is no glass breakage with shards. There are only cracks in the pane, the glass splinters stick to the foil. The laminated safety glass is even safer than the toughened safety glass (ESG) because it has a high residual load-bearing capacity despite the breakage of the pane.
