High sliding windows

Windows with vertical sliding direction

Sliding windows are divided into two categories. The decisive factor is the opening direction of the sliding mechanism. If the window is pushed to the side, the sliding window is called a horizontal sliding window.
If the window sash is pushed “up”, it is called a high-sliding window. High sliding windows are also called vertical sliding windows – the sliding movement of the movable sash is vertical – up or down.
Both types of sliding windows can be operated manually or electrically.
