Flush with the fa\u00e7ade and harmoniously coordinated with each other<\/h2>\n

For the Aktiv-Plus multi-family house in hybrid construction with timber fa\u00e7ade, the Baier company supplied the sliding shutter frames for contemporary and modern shading. The building, designed by Harter + Kanzler Freie Architekten BDA, produces more energy over the year than the tenants need. The sliding shutter frames made of extruded aluminium were fitted with the appropriate wood on site. On the back of the building, the sun protection was planned as an element flush with the fa\u00e7ade.<\/p>\n

Shading balconies with sliding wooden shutters<\/h2>\n

The shading elements were planked with wood on the front and back. This planking on both sides guarantees sufficient darkening and, if desired, provides the necessary privacy. On the front of the building, the colour-contrasting sliding shutters act as shade for the balconies. Manually operated, the shutters can be moved and placed as required.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section][vc_row content_placement=”middle” equal_height=”yes”][vc_column width=”5\/12″][vc_column_text]\n

Wooden sliding shutters fit into the design concept<\/h2>\n

The quarter ensemble presents differently designed building fronts – clinkered or greened facades alternate with glass and wooden facades. Wood is a renewable material. We deliver as required, e.g. as here for the house of the Federal Garden Show City Exhibition only the “sliding shutter system”.
