Linger and enjoy<\/h2>\n

Baier shaded the corner glazing of a villa with 10 sliding shutter segments \u00e1 approx. 800 x 3,800 mm, coupled to form two large systems. The special refinement here is that the two elements are “parked” behind a wall of natural stone or natural rock. The combination of natural materials conveys the Mediterranean character and underlines the flair of the south. Shutters and thus also sliding shutters come from the southern regions of Europe and therefore fit in wonderfully. The modern appearance and functionality of the sliding shutters match the style of the building, but the design itself fits the region. Thus, the sun protection with sliding shutters appears modern, but still integrates into the prevailing building style.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section][vc_row equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle”][vc_column width=”5\/12″][vc_column_text]\n

Sliding shutters with adjustable slats<\/h2>\n

The Erlangen sliding shutter model was the basis for this shutter model. The frame profiles were reinforced with additional profiles due to the height and the static requirements. A special custom-made design made it possible to use a larger wooden slat. These can be locked in the desired inclination with a locking mechanism. Individual shading<\/h2>\n

This allows ideal shading depending on the position of the sun, but still provides a maximum view. The Erlangen sliding shutter model with adjustable slats is the ideal solution for this! Depending on the version, the slats are either gripped and moved directly at the slats and remain in the desired position due to the existing self-locking mechanism or can be locked with a lever and locking mechanism.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_column][\/vc_row][\/vc_section][vc_section][vc_row equal_height=”yes” content_placement=”middle”][vc_column width=”5\/12″][vc_column_text]\n

Barrier-free exit<\/h2>\n

The requirements for the electric drives and control units were high due to the heavy weight and were specially designed for this object. The “all-rounder” par excellence was chosen as the lower guide for the sliding shutters. The channel with comb grating, a channel made of multi-edged stainless steel, guarantees stable guidance of the sliding shutters, reliably drains the fa\u00e7ade and offers completely threshold-free access to the terrace. The channel can either be drained with drainage holes to the front into a soakaway bed or connected directly to the local sewage system with a spigot. The grate, optionally made of anodised or powder-coated aluminium or natural stainless steel, provides a stable guide and is easy to walk on.<\/p>\n
